Well, since we are started with this, let me help add to the list some of the very important FREAKSPEAK just for completeness sake.
But before that, I have no idea WTF is "pootee". Some dumbass (aka Car Freak) just made that up while he was on the toilet bowl, anyway…

nia-beh = there’s your horse
ma-hai = this is how Guitar Freak say ‘hello’ when answering phone
eh-chee-bye = this is how Guitar Freak interrupts a conversation to add his views
yo-chee-bye = how Guitar Freak calls any of us when he forgets our names (sometimes)
knn (car knee near) = means, your knee is near my car (warning, step away from the vehicle!)
dumbass = a special word, can be used on almost anyone you like or dislike
ccb (ciao-chee-bye) = what you say when waving goodbye to someone you dislike
crap-shit = a piece of shitty tech item
(e.g. if I were to say "crap-shit" while typing this, chances are I am referring to my PC)
bullshit = a whole lot of shit (or crap-shit x 10)
lesbo = lesbian
gay-boy = Spoovans
gay-man = Guitar Freak
ke-ling-beng = Spoovans
ah-beng = BMF
ah-seng = Guitar Freak
ah-long = something that Sex Freak thinks he has
(none of use ever confronted his statement & probably never will)

there's something the guitarfreak wants to clarify...
firstly, i don't mahai here and mahai there.
more often i'd use "tiu nahseng" in my opening line, followed by your name, your mom and her pet dog, then the actual subject, and finally a closing with another graceful "tiu nahseng". sometimes i repeat a few times, especially when conversing with another freako brother.
mahai is weak. normally i prefer ma chowhai for that extra punch. that's personal preference...
"delay-no-more" (sounds like tiu-lay-lomo) is also a very good choice. can use in office, especially when you are the boss.
that's how it's done. so please update accordingly.
secondly, guitarfreak is definitely NOT gay. you won't find alan parson project, backstreet boys, 50cent or eminem in his 80G ipod. so please you ass-poking freakos...just stay away from his gorgeous ass, will ya?

1st'ly, u know I got the mahai rite!
2nd'ly, tiu nahseng or nahseng for short has been used on many of us, however i choose NOT to add to the list for reason that it literally it translate to "F'ing u first". For a fact I know that none of us is actually gay enough to be "F by u first" (except maybe both Car & Sex Freak). Thus my hesitation to include this very meaningful phase.
3rd'ly, i just wanted to clarify the actual meaning of "tiu-lay-lomo"... does it mean "F'ing a laying down homo"???
Finally, I am sure one of us is GAY man. if it is NOT u or me, then it has to be either BMF or Sex Freak. Car Freak is almost there, just check-out the songs he listen to man!
The Freakspeak's going to be miles long if we include every swear word known to man that both of ya use. Ok, rule #1: there are no gho... I mean, strictly no swear words for Freakspeak. :D
